L&M-223; K-75; KM-Y-145a.3; WS-0807. New Style Dragon variety. This charming example provides lovely details and a charmingly strong strike. As PCGS alludes to with the "Environmental Damage" assignment, thick and rather noticeable buildup of black patina appears, particularly on the character side, with evidence of a ink chop appearing faint in the center. Despite its shortcomings, a very collectible example, and an opportunity to acquire a less frequently seen issue.
