A VERY RARE variety, this coin displays good details despite some time in circulation and very faint evidence of a skilled repair just outside of the central Manchu characters. Examples of this five-dotted variety are exceptionally hard to locate, as we have only sold one previous example, that piece appearing in 2014. Accordingly, many strong bids should be launched from the numerous variety collectors focused on the provincial series.
