(t) CHINA. Kiangnan. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), CD (1904)-HAH CH. Nanking Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS Genuine--Scratch, AU Details.
L&M-257; K-100; KM-Y-145a.14; WS-0858. Variety without dots under "chia" and "chen" and with dot before "7 MACE". Despite the scratch designation by PCGS, this charming example displays a rich rainbow tone on the dragon side that fades into a more argent allure on the characters side. Light wear is present on the high elements of the dragon, though this wear is not extensive. A strong example of the ever popular type.
Estimate: $800 - $1200
