(t) CHINA. Kirin. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), ND (1898). Kirin Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, VF Details.
L&M-516; K-281; KM-Y-183; WS-0364. Variety with rosettes on the dragon side and dragon with six rows of scales. An ever popular type from Kirin, this specimen displays decently preserved details, despite some time spent in circulation. A steely gray tone has beset the surfaces, partially obscuring the hairlines from the noted cleaning. A presentable example of the type that is more affordable on account of the cleaning.
Estimate: $1000 - $1500
