Hartill-22.897. Weight: 49.4 gms. Local pattern. Obverse: "Xian Feng Zhong Bao"; Reverse: "Dang Wu Shi". This wholesome and original looking example boasts nicely formed characters with minor earthen deposits amongst the devices adding to its originality. The high points are smooth with much evidence of the finishing process on both sides and most of the naturally rough surface texture in the open areas.
