VERY RARE, this enchanting example counts as one of the last pieces struck for regular circulation in Goa, and is a KEY in any condition, much less in the finest graded condition by NGC. Somewhat softly struck, along with bearing some flan flaking, these issues are far less pronounced than on any other issue from this date that the cataloger could find recorded.
