SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Vespasian, AD 69-79. AR tetradrachm (14,17 g). Dated NHY 4 = AD 71/72. Laureate head left with drapery on shoulder / Eagle standing facing on garlanded altar or cista mystica, head right, holding caduceus in beak and palm branch in right talon; Δ (date) in legend. Struck on the usual tight flan with portrait in very high relief. Obverse struck slightly off-center. Very light porosity in fields and a few tiny scratches on obverse. Lightly toned. RPC II, 1973, McAlee 359b, Prieur 137 Grade: 1/1+
