CYPRUS, Koinon of Cyprus. Vespasian, AD 69-79. AR tetradrachm (12,29 g). Dated NHY 9 = AD 76/77. Countermarked with laureate head of Antoninus Pius? within oval incuse. Laureate and draped bust left / Zeus Salaminios standing facing, holding patera and scepter, with eagle perched on wrist. Small edge cut and very light porosity on the surfaces. Lightly toned.
