GALLIA LUGDUNENSIS. Æ dupondius (11,57 g). Countermark applied during the Civil War or early in the reign of Vespasian, AD 68-69. (VESPA) monogram in rectangular countermark on a dupondius of Nero, Lugdunum circa AD 66 (RIC I 523; Cohen 344). Countermark graded fine. Some corrosion, mostly on the reverse.
