GALLIA LUGDUNENSIS. Æ dupondius (12,54 g). Countermark applied during the Civil War or early in the reign of Vespasian, AD 68-69. (VESPA) monogram in rectangular countermark on a dupondius of Nero, Lugdunum circa AD 66 (RIC I 519; Cohen 325). Countermark graded fine. Light brassy brown patina with darker patches.
