IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M TR P P P COS V CENS, Laureate head right / Hexastyle temple of Jupiter optimus Maximus, within; statue of Jupiter seated seated facing in center, holding scepter, flanked by statues of Juno and Minerva standing facing, holding scepters; two statues on either side of temple; pediment decorated with statues of Capitoline Triad and other figures; quadriga and eagles as acroteria; various statues along roof line.; S C in exergue.
