MARCVS AVREL COMMODVS ANTONINVS AVG PIVS, Laureate, cuirassed and draped bust right with view from behind / I O M, Laureate head right of Jupiter Optimus Maximus with flowers intermingled in the wreath. A few old scratches in obverse field. Areas of gentle smoothing. Dark green-brown patina. An extremely rare and interesting issue.
