AYTOKP・K・Γ・IOYΛ・BHPOC・MAΞIMЄINOC, Laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from front, drapery on far shoulder and Medusa head on cuirass / ЄΠI CTP・AYP・on left; NЄI ΛOY in two lines at top; ΠЄPΦAMH NΩN・ in two lines at right; ΠPΩTΩN・Γ・NЄ / ・ΩKPΩN・ in exergue, To left, Asklepios standing front holding rod which serpent is coiled around; to right, Zeus seated left on throne, holding patera and resting on scepter; in upper middle field, urn containing a palm branch. Attractive green-brown patina with overlying light earthen deposits. Expertly cleaned. RPC VI online, 4232 (# 1 this coin), Cf.
