Hans Gilljam lists only 8 examples of the Pax type in his study "Seltene Antoniniani des Postumus", which surveyed the contents of five major French and British hoards that contained a total of more than 33,300 pieces. As a measure of its importance, no less than seven came from the Cunetio treasure.
