Venezuela, 1/2 bolivar, 1889, NGC Fine details / bent, very rare. KM-Y21; Stohr-46. Key date for this series (considered the rarest circulating coin of modern Venezuela) as largely melted after disputes with the mint, this example with typically weak centers but full legends (including date) enhanced by old toning, the stated bend in flan barely noticeable, overall a rather competent specimen of a highly sought issue.
