Colombia, nickel pattern for 50 centavos, 1966, NGC MS 67, finest and only example in NGC census. Restrepo-P296 (var). Satin-smooth fields, nice luster, just a couple tiny bagmarks, designated as nickel by NGC but listed in Restrepo as stainless steel (the second finest in PCGS SP66 called copper-nickel, which would then be the same as the circulating issue, Restrepo-420). NGC #6442573-028. Pedigreed to the Bernal Collection (stated on label).
