Brightly lustrous and devoid of marks but with slightly grainy and partially crackled texture on mirror fields, scarce issue struck as a fund-raiser for the Agency for Cuban Numismatics in Exile imitating the design of the famous 1897 "souvenir peso" issued by the Cuban Revolutionary Junta in New York.
