SATRAPS OF CARIA. Pixodaros, circa 341/0-336/5 BC. Drachm (Silver, 16 mm, 3.73 g, 12 h), Halikarnassos. Laureate head of Apollo facing, turned slightly to right. Rev. Zeus Laubraundos standing right, holding lotus-tipped scepter in right hand and double axe over shoulder with left. SNG Copenhagen 598-9. SNG von Aulock 2377. Unusually nicely struck in high relief, well centered and clear. Good very fine.
