CARTHAGE. Circa 350-320 BC. Stater (Gold, 18.5 mm, 9.48 g, 3 h). Head of Tanit to left, wreathed with grain ears, wearing triple-pendant earring and necklace with nine pendants. Rev. Horse standing to right; in the lower field to right, before forelegs, trefoil of pellets with point downwards. Jenkins & Lewis Group III h, 80. Clear and struck on a abroad flan. Minor die faults and marks, otherwise, extremely fine.
