Herennia Etruscilla, Augusta, 249-251. Double Sestertius (Orichalcum, 36 mm, 35.46 g, 1 h), struck under her husband Trajan Decius, Rome, 250. HERENNIA ETRVSCILLA AVG Draped bust, resting on a crescent, of Herennia Etruscilla wearing stephane to right. Rev. PVDICITIA AVG / S C Pudicitia seated left, drawing veil over head and holding scepter. Cohen 21. RIC 136a. Very rare. Clear and with a good portrait and fine brown patina. Fields smoothed but still most attractive, otherwise, about extremely fine.
