D.'s Cafe, which was actually a chain of nightclubs in Shanghai during the 1930's and early 1940's. The initials E.T.R. on the reverse are for E. T. (Jack) Riley, who controlled the slot machines in Shanghai and at one time owned D.D.'s Cafe
