JALAYRIDS: LOT of 569 silver coins, all of the Iraqi types, including Shaykh Uways, 1356-1374, AR dinar (2.16g), A-2298.2, type B; and Sultan Husayn, 1374-1382, AR dinar (1.44g), A-2306.3, and AR double dinar (2.88g), A-2306.1, both type C; quite a few with legible mint, predominantly Baghdad, but we noticed a few from Hilla, Basra, Irbil, Mawsil, Wasit, and Shushtar; average Fine condition, but most are with considerable weakness, very few with legible date (and probably none with both mint & date legible), total weight 1277g; retail value $5000, lot of 569 pieces.
