ATTICA, Athens. Circa 454-404 BC. AR Obol (8mm, 0.65 g, 7h). Contemporary imitation. Helmeted head of Athena right, with frontal eye / Owl standing right, head facing, closed tail feathers; olive spray(?) to left; all within incuse square. For prototype: cf. Kroll 13; cf. HGC 4, 1665. Deeply toned, stuck from worn dies. Fine.
