While this issue has traditionally been placed at an uncertain mint in Ionia, the reverse type here is commonly used on fractional silver issues from Uncertain mints D and E in Caria. While the obverse type is not currently known for any issues at those mints, it is a common obverse type at the Carian mint of Kasolaba.
