IONIA, Metropolis. Otacilia Severa. Augusta, AD 244-249. Æ (29mm, 9.47 g, 6h). Draped bust right, wearing stephane / Hero, on left, and Boule, on right, standing facing each other, clasping hands; hero holds a spear and Boule holds a scepter. RPC VIII Online 26954; SNG Fitzwilliam 4529 var. (additional magistrate's name on reverse). Applied brown, earthen patina, micro-porosity, short flan cracks. Good VF. Very rare. Only one specimen known to RPC, this one far superior.
