Andronicus II Palaeologus, with Michael IX. 1282-1328. AR Basilikon (21mm, 2.08 g, 6h). Class VII. Constantinople mint. Struck 1304-1320 (or later). Christ Pantokrator enthroned facing / Andronicus II and Michael IX standing facing, holding ornate labarum set on base between them. Cf. DOC 509-12; SB 2402. Minor die rust, weakly struck at high points, slight double strike on reverse. VF.
