Devolved head of Apollo right, with wreath in cross shape and opposed crescents at center / Horse leaping right; radiate pellet-in-annulet below, four pellets above. MfT Early Pattern Horse A, dies D/9; Van Arsdell 679-1; ABC 1588; SCBC 435. Lightly toned, porous, areas of weak strike. Near VF.
