ΕΠΙ ΟΚΤ ΑΡΤΕΜΙ ΑΡΧ Α•CΑΙ/ΤΗΝⲰΝ (sic!) Aphrodite, nude, standing facing, head to right, within tetrastyle temple with pellet in pediment and acroteria atop. BMC 39 corr. Rare and very likely the finest known example, with a stern portrait and a beautiful olive green patina. Nearly extremely fine.
