Dated 1863. Handwritten serial number of "990311." Neptune is depicted at left while an allegorical woman is at right. Ornate floral designs above and below the portraits encasing "5" counters. An incredibly scarce note from the Danish Rigsdaler System (used for the 1863-74 series), and the sole example listed on PMG's pop report for the variety. We have yet to handle this type, and are excited to finally offer it to our bidders. PMG Pop 1/No Others Graded.
