Lithuania Star of the Order of the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas (1928-1940). The order named after the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas was established in 1927. December 9 on the initiative of Prime Minister Augustin Voldemar. The first signs of the order were created by the artist Andrius Lopuchinas. 1929 the order was slightly modernized by Jonas Buračas. 1928–1930 was four; then five degrees. Manufactured by the Swiss company 'Huguenin Freres de Le Locle'. Star Silver gilding; nine rays; 80mm in diameter. In the middle of it; the sign of the Order of the Grand Duke of Lithuania Gediminas was reduced. Silver gilding. Enamel. Weight approx: 65.88 g. Diameter: 80 mm. With Box
