There are many unmarked issues of Alexander tetradrachms, which Price attributed to a variety of mints based on find data or style. The style of the present coin bears no resemblance to those issues, so can not be attributed to a particular mint or region. The style and characteristics of the flan, though, permit a reasonable dating to the late 4th through 3rd centuries BC.
