LESBOS, Mytilene. Circa 412-378 BC. EL Hekte – Sixth Stater (10.5mm, 2.51 g, 9h). Forepart of winged lion left / Sphinx seated right in linear square within incuse square. Bodenstedt Em. 63; HGC 6, 989 corr. (winged lion, not boar). Slightly off center and some die rust on obverse. Good VF.
