IONIA, Teos. Late 6th-early 5th century BC. AR Drachm (15mm, 5.83 g). Griffin seated right, raising forepaw; uncertain symbol to lower right / Quadripartite incuse square. Matzke Group Bb1; Balcer Group XX, 40 (A40/P62); SNG Copenhagen –; Dewing 2313 (same dies). Lightly toned, porous and rough surfaces, minor scratches. Good VF.
