Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / Demeter, veiled, standing right, holding torch in right hand and bunch of grain ears and poppy in left; to right, Serapis seated left, holding long scepter in right hand, extending left hand over Cerberus seated at his feet, facing left; Nike stands atop throne; L Ϛ (date) in exergue. RPC lists this reverse type for only one year, year 5, but of the nine specimens cited, the date is only clear on one of them. All appear to be obverse die matches to this coin.
