Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (24mm, 4.59 g, 6h). PRINCIPI Reversed Spear Type. Londinium (London) mint. Struck circa AD 311-312. Helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding spear in right hand over right shoulder and shield on left arm / Constantine I standing left, cloak hanging from left shoulder, holding globe in right hand and reversed spear in left; –|*//PLN. RIC VI 230; C&T Supp. 7.07.034 (this coin cited and illustrated). Green-brown patina, light roughness. VF. Extremely rare.

From the 3rd reduction at London struck at 72 pieces to the Roman pound for a theoretical weight of 4.48 g. using dies with a beaded circle 21-22 mm in diameter.
