Henry VIII, Silver Sovereign Type Penny, second coinage (1526-1544), Durham ecclesias-tical issue under Bishop Tunstall, King seated facing on throne, initial mark radiant star (1529-1544), rev quartered shield of arms upon cross fourchée, C to left, D to right (N 1813; S 2354). Toned with some striking weakness, hairline scratches on obverse, otherwise good fine.
