The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, 10 Mexican Dollars, Shanghai, 30.1.1897, serial number 37887, green on pink, bank arms upper centre, '10' at each corner, handwritten date upper right and signature at lower left, reverse orange red,(Pick S368), PMG 30 Very Fine (Minor Ink Burn). Extremely rare and one of three notes in the PMG population report. A superb 19th century banknote in lovely original condition.
