CPE-19; Svor-Unlisted; Pr-3971. Struck in the name of Alexander III (the Great) of Macedon. Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin; Reverse: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; rose in left field; below throne, ΔI-O below struts. Though some flaws are noted on the obverse, this pleasantly toned example serves as an excellent opportunity to acquire an early Egyptian issue under the Ptolemies.
