Cr-443/1; CRI-9; Syd-1006. Obverse: Elephant advancing right, trampling upon horned serpent; Reverse: Emblems of the pontificate: simpulum, aspergillum, securis, and apex. This good example of the popular type offers a bold strike that is far better centered than most examples encountered. Some slight surface granularity is noted, but overall a handsome representative that is never short of demand.
