RIC-27; RSC-51. Obverse: Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; Reverse: Macrinus seated left on curule chair, holding globus and scepter. This stately Denarius offers up a good cling of luster and patches of light red and tangerine toning. Beautiful details with just a touch of friction present.
