Medina-346; Fon-9391.Obverse: The Cerro Rico with mining works and llamas between two pillars; crowned eagles above; Reverse: Legend and date in five lines; all within wreath. A well made product from the Potosi Mint for the proclamation of Ferdinand VII. It was holed to wear at some point and then pugged, as indicated by the details designation. With that said, the details used to re-engrave the plug was done with craftsmanship.
