EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 34.8 mm, 19.57 g, 12 h), year 8 = 123-124. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ ΤΡΑΙ ΑΔΡΙΑ CEΒ Laurate bust of Hadrian to right, slight drapery on far shoulder. Rev. L H Greco-Egyptian temple with two columns enclosing two canopi. Dattari (Savio) 7869. Geissen -. K&G -. RPC III 5459. Very rare, with only four examples in the RPC. Dark surfaces. Cleaned, otherwise, very fine.
