CARIA. Mylasa. 2nd-1st Century BC. (Bronze, 9 mm, 0.56 g, 11 h). Round shield; on its surface, an eagle standing right on boss. Rev. MYΛA / ΣEΩN Helmet crest to right. Asia Minor Coins 14553 (online). Imhoof, MG, p. 312, 67. Imhoof described the bird on the obverse as an oie, or goose. An eagle seems more likely to us. Exceptionally rare. Very fine.
