A circular bronze gilt medal, the obverse bears a red enamel flag, below is inscribed 'HUY CHƯƠNG HUU NGHI!' backed by a fortress wall; with a cog wheel below and framed by wheat sheaves; the reverse is plain; on a pentagonal red ribbon with a single centered red stripe.
