Good Fine; edge chipped. Rare; seemingly no others on CoinArchives.

McDowell assigns this issue to the period of AD 36-40 when the mint of Seleukeia was controlled by a group who had rebelled against the legitimate Arsakid succession (Coins from Seleucia on the Tigris, p. 141).
