An extremely rare Foreign Exchange Certificate from Vietnam. Dating back to the 1980s, a fully issued example of this denomination is extremely rare and one of the most challenging Foreign Exchange Certificates to acquire. Thanks to its purchasing power, very few of these appear to have been saved. Fully original and underrated.
