ASIA MINOR, Uncertain mint. 5th century BC. AR Obol (8mm, 0.62 g). Forepart of griffin left / Head of griffin left within linear border within incuse square. Unpublished in the consulted references. VF, light porosity.
See Klein 482 for the closest parallel we found, a hemiobol of 0.41g attributed to Teos. That coin has a simpler reverse border and a different style griffin's head to right. If the Klein specimen and the current coin are from the same mint, neither would seem to belong to Teos, whose fractions from this period are of finer style and were struck on thin flans with shallow incuses.
