ISLANDS OFF CARIA, Rhodos. Rhodes. Circa 205-190 BC. Drachm (Silver, 15 mm, 2.77 g, 12 h), Aristakos, magistrate. Head of Helios facing slightly to right. Rev. P - O / ΑΡΙΣΤΑΚΟΣ Rose with bud to right; to left, kerykeion. Ashton 285. SNG Copenhagen 777-778. Beautiful iridescent toning. Minor flan fault on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.
