CILICIA. Kelenderis. Circa 430-420 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 10.83 g, 6 h). Youthful nude rider seated sideways on horse prancing to left, preparing to jump off and run alongside the horse. Rev. ИƎΛƎꓘ Goat kneeling right, its head turned back to left; all within shallow round incuse. Kraay, Celenderis, Series 3, 19. SNG Levante 22. SNG Paris 65. Nicely toned and well centered. Minor flan faults on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
