SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Seleukos II Kallinikos, 246-225 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 31 mm, 17.06 g, 12 h), Antiochia on the Orontes, after 244. Diademed head of Seleukos II to right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ Apollo standing left, holding arrow in his right hand and leaning left on tripod surmounted by laurel wreath; to outer left and right, monograms. SC 689.6a. Harshly cleaned and with some doubling on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
